The Challenge:
The National Association for Bilingual Education (NABE) was ready to launch its first-ever set of micro-credentials to support bilingual and multilingual educators—but the organization lacked a digital infrastructure and experienced guidance to design, deliver, and manage a high-quality learning experience. With growing national interest in professional development for dual-language educators, NABE needed a partner who could help them move from concept to execution—while preserving the integrity and impact of their content.

What We Did:
TEG collaborated with the National Association for Bilingual Education (NABE) to launch the organization’s first digital micro-credentialing program using ReadyLXP, our flexible professional learning platform. Through strategic guidance, hands-on support, and a shared commitment to empowering educators, the partnership expanded into a broader national initiative:
- Implemented ReadyLXP as the foundation for NABE’s digital credentialing system.
- Partnered with NABE leadership to structure credential pathways aligned with their goals and educator needs.
- Provided 1:1 training and onboarding for NABE staff and credential reviewers.
- Reviewed and refined badge content for clarity, alignment, and educator engagement.
- Offered ongoing technical and instructional support to ensure a high-quality learner experience.
- Expanded support to deliver NABE’s grant-funded PD programs nationwide, using ReadyLXP to enable scalable, trackable, and continuously improving professional learning.
The Result:
With ReadyLXP as its delivery platform and TEG as its strategic partner, NABE successfully launched a robust digital micro-credential program that now serves educators nationwide. The partnership has enabled NABE to expand its reach, offer a wider suite of modules, and support grant-funded initiatives with measurable outcomes and user-friendly tools.
As Sandra Medrano-Arroyo, SHRM-CP, PHR, shared:
“It’s uncommon to find a partner that approaches a project with the perfect combination of knowledge and heart… Only with [TEG’s] guidance and support have we been able to provide a quality suite of modules that not only serve different purposes, but inspire and empower educators nationwide, and for that I am forever grateful.”
