Anie takes every opportunity to be creative in teaching, learning, and problem-solving. This mindset served her well as a high school English teacher and as an instructional designer with the Tennessee Department of Education. Naturally curious and solutions-oriented, she creates learning solutions that strategically target areas of need, enabling knowledge sharing and maximizing growth.
Working with stakeholders who operate from a systems-thinking perspective, Anie develops learning experiences at key leverage points to optimize program success. She’s energized by the challenge of turning complex problems into thoughtful, effective solutions—and is always excited to put creativity to work in service of learning.
